I became a Rajadhiraja yoga teacher in India, training at the Himalayan Yoga Institute. I hold a master’s degree in musicology (Estonia), my studies in Gestalt therapy (Denmark) laid the foundation for my interest in psychology. I served for several years as a diplomat at the Estonian Embassy in London, and I now teach yoga at universities, also to elderly people in Estonia.
